I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with the enhanced comfort and quality services provided here. The room was beautifully designed and I particularly loved how it was located right on the slopes, offering convenience and easy access to the ski areas. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of skiing. Additionally, the hotel's attentive staff ensured that all my needs were met, providing excellent service and making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located conveniently right on the ski slopes, allowing easy access for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. the rooms are comfortable, with good beds and nicely designed decor. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the hotel has a few advantages such as a nice swimming pool and a humidifier which is very useful during dry winters.

Some aspects of the service and amenities may need improvement to match the high rate charged by the hotel per night.

Spent xmas at the hotel and had a blast! the location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from the ski slopes. the room was well-designed and very comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. the hotel offers a great variety of facilities, including a fitness center and a sauna that felt like heaven after a day on the slopes.

The service at check-in was hectic and slow due to understaffing. It was frustrating to wait so long, especially after a long day skiing.

The hotel is located close to the ski slopes and the room design is upscale. Also, the bed was very comfortable. However, these positive aspects did not make up for the challenges we experienced during our stay.

The experience at this hotel during New Year's was an unfortunate one. Check-in was chaotic and the staff seemed understaffed and lacked adequate training. One of our rooms was not ready even after a day of skiing. We struggled with the temperature controls in the room. Additionally, we were disappointed that the staff stood around watching us while we struggled with the coffee machine during breakfast. The worst part was experiencing second-hand smoke and noise on the guest room floors and even in our room due to local officials using the rooms to work before the Olympics. we would not stay here again.

We loved how close the hotel was to the ski slopes; it was just a short walk away. The room we stayed in had a beautiful design, and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast provided. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful!
